Any person wishing to file for the Mehlville School District Board of Education may do so in the Mehlville School District Administration Building (3120 Lemay Ferry Road St. Louis, MO 63125) between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. beginning Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2018, through Monday, Jan. 14, 2019.

Elementary students raise almost $3,000 for hurricane relief

Mehlville School District elementary students made donations to the American Red Cross to wear their hats to school on Friday, Sept. 28. Their efforts paid off, and students presented a check for $2,926.80 to the Red Cross for their relief efforts.

The library at Trautwein Elementary School started going to the dogs on Thursday, Sept. 27, but that’s a good thing when it comes to encouraging students to read. Trautwein librarian Natalie Oleshchuk welcomed Love on a Leash therapy dogs and their trainers into her library to give students a boost in reading skills.
