Baseball Field Improvements and Upgrades at Mehlville High School and Oakville High School

The Mehlville School District is requesting proposals for Baseball Field Improvements & Upgrades at Mehlville High School and Oakville High School. Proposals are due on or before May 25, 2021 by 1:00 PM at the Mehlville Maintenance facility located at 69 Randolph Place, St. Louis, Missouri 63125.

A pre-bid conference will be held May 11, 2021, - 3:00 PM at Mehlville High School for all prospective bidders. Bid packages will be available on May 6, 2021, at 10:00 AM. Contact Erik Staley at The Clayton Engineering Company, Inc. at 314-692-8888 for more information. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference. Site inspections before or after this date shall be arranged through Mike Gegg at (314-467-7870), minimum of 24 hours notice in advance of the inspection. Contractors are responsible for field verifying all conditions, and dimensions.

Bids are due May 25, 2021, at 1:00 PM at Mehlville Maintenance Facility 69 Randolph Place St. Louis, Mo. 63125 where they will be opened publicly.

Bread Vendor for 2021-2022 school year

The Mehlville School District R-9 (MSD) is receiving Proposals for furnishing all bread products as the school district’s Bread Vendor.

Proposals will be received until June 1, 2021 8:00 a.m., in the office of the Director of School Food and Nutrition at 69 Randolph Place, St. Louis, Missouri 63125.

Ice Cream Vendor for 2021-2022 school year

The Mehlville School District R-9 (MSD) is receiving Proposals for furnishing all food and supplies as the school district’s Ice Cream Vendor. The District also included ice cream specifications on the Prime Vendor bid.

Prime Vendor for 2021-2022 school year

The Mehlville School District utilizes Interflex BidAdvantage System for the prime vendor bid. To gain access to Mehlville's 2021-2022 Prime Vendor bid, please email Katie Gegg, Director of School Food & Nutrition Services at geggk@msdr9.org. All bids must be submitted through the Interflex BidAdvantage System.





Annual Bulk Paper

The Mehlville School District is accepting bids for our annual bulk paper. If interested, please provide pricing on the attached spreadsheet for all paper sizes notated on the spreadsheet for both white and color. This price should include delivery to two different locations.

We have a few requirements. 

  • We will need to start taking delivery the first week in June. 
  • We need to receive one truck load a week until the deliveries are complete. 
  • Delivery must be 40 cases to a pallet, no-over or under-runs.
  • Also, we ask not to be billed until after July 1, 2021.
  • Lift gate delivery to 3100 Lemay Ferry Road
  • Driver assist delivery to 69 Randolph Place 

When submitting your bid, please let me know if these requirements can be met.

Bids should include pricing on all paper sizes, both white and color and included delivery as specified to the two above locations.

Bids need to be received by April 16, 2021.

#Q-1440 –2021 Asphalt Repairs Project

The Mehlville School District is soliciting proposals to provide asphalt repairs. Sealed bids will be received (and subsequently publicly opened) for Asphalt work no later than exactly 2:00 PM on April 15, 2021 at the Mehlville School District Facilities/Operations Office, 69 Randolph Place, St. Louis, MO 63125. 

Bid packages will be available Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at Facility Solutions Group, 901 Horan Drive, Suite 200, Fenton, MO  63026. Contact Bill Rice at 636-537-0203 for contract documents.
