Transcripts may be obtained through the Mehlville School District Student Services office by following the directions below:

Any business or educational institution may obtain transcript information regarding former Mehlville School District students by first faxing/sending the request and the student signature release to (314) 467-5297. Please include the name at the time of graduation and the date of birth.

Any former Mehlville School District student may obtain a copy of their high school transcript by doing one of the following:

  1. Mehlville School District is now offering the opportunity to order your transcript and pay for it online.
    Click HERE for online payment. On this page, click the arrow to the right to bring up the online Transcript form. Once the form is filled out, you will have the opportunity to add it to your cart and pay online.
  2. Stop by the Mehlville School District Administration Building at 3120 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63125, during the hours of 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and fill out the form and pay the fee.
  3. Download the Release of Permanent Record form and mail to the attention of the Student Services office at 3120 Lemay Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO  63125. Please provide the following information:
  • Name at the time of graduation or withdrawal
  • Year of graduation or withdrawal and last school attended
  • Date of birth
  • Complete name and address of where to mail transcript
  • Signature of the former student, releasing this information
  • Pay $4 fee, per copy by cash, check or money order. Please make check or money order payable to Mehlville School District

** Please note on all of the above, there is a 48 hour turnaround time.

Only UNOFFICIAL copies can be given/sent to a former student. OFFICIAL copies with the seal can only be sent to a business or college.

We cannot provide a transcript if all of the information above has not been provided.
